Joe Kaczmarek has 20 years of enterprise leadership experience at RSM, currently serving as the National Fintech Leader and Regional Specialty Finance Leader. As part of his role, Joe is responsible for developing the firm’s fintech strategic objectives, including business-critical initiatives, go-to-market strategy, key milestones, and talent development. He is the Executive Sponsor to the firm’s “Fintech as a Movement” campaign, focused on assisting traditional financial service companies by helping to reimagine their innovation and digital transformation strategies. Also, Joe serves on the Financial Service Executive Leadership team tasked to develop and execute on the firm’s overall FS strategy. Joe experience consists of providing and supervising audit, consulting, and risk management services, to entities ranging in size from startup companies to international organizations. Joe has extensive experience in transaction advisor services, working with private equity groups and clients on liquidity events. Joe has also assisted several clients with initial public offerings, SPAC transactions, asset securitizations and bond offerings. Joe actively speaks to financial service companies at industry association and national innovation forums. He has a broad base of experience in serving fintech and transformational companies, giving him an ability to view client businesses in a strategic framework, bringing value-added dimension to the consultations in which he is involved. He has a comprehensive knowledge of many facets of innovation, due to his very active role in the industry. Joe is a proven business partner with the ability to establish meaningful professional relationships and has played an instrumental role for his clients in solving challenging issues under volatile market conditions.
