ABOUT JOE NALKARA

Joseph A. Nalkara (Joe) was the President and founder member of UST Global®, a leading billion dollar provider of end-to-end IT services and solutions for Global companies. Joe was responsible for strategic operations, global expansion, corporate development transactions including joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.Joe’s responsibilities began by setting up UST Global’s first offshore development center in Trivandrum where he helped take it to become the youngest company to achieve CMM level 5 certification.After completing this he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales and Marketing before being promoted to joint COO in early 2008. In late 2009 he took over as the President of the company overseeing Global Sales and Marketing. During Joe’s time UST Global grew from a 14 employee start up to a $1 Billion plus revenue, employee global corporation. He also oversaw the building of its iconic campus in Trivandrum, India.Prior to UST Global, Joe was the head of global ERP for Quaker Oats, where he managed the implementation of PeopleSoft throughout Quaker global locations.
