Pioneered animation in effort to expand on Wondery\'s goal to develop video-incorporated content within the Kids & Family podcasting IP. This initiative aimed to cultivate new fans and transition existing listeners to become viewers at YouTube, the premier video platform boasting over 2.5 billion monthly active users- Launched the new 360° Kids & Family Program to leverage pan-Amazon partnerships during the program\'s development, simultaneously developing the IP while launching the creation of media and merchandise. Additional to producing the podcast this included the creation of animated vodcasts, short form animation for marketing, original music/songs, children\'s books, toys & plush, and future retail opportunities- Recruited as the sole Animation Producer to establish and manage all animation-related workflows between Wondery and Toybox Animation (NZ). Responsible for educating Wondery teams on the animation production pipeline; defining processes and timelines to present clear feedback and approvals for script, design, animation testing, and marketing assets- Championed the greenlight of a groundbreaking video-first Kids & Family episodic series, strategically integrating a hybrid of animation and live-action content into its core creative and go-to-market framework- Developed mechanisms to facilitate project delivery, providing regular status reports and clear communication. Utilizing internal AI tools to more efficiently and effectively adhere to Amazon\'s writing and reporting standards.
