About Joe Huskinson
I worked as a Registered Nurse for 10 years at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Later I started in the Senior Living industry as a Registered Nurse. I then got my Health Admin. licensee. Upon completion I spent 5 years as the Executive Director for Lincoln Court Retirement Community. While working there I was recognized as the Executive Director of the year from the Assisted Living Federation of America, now known as Argentum. Stellar Senior Living then offered me the Executive Director role at Creekside Senior living in Bountiful Utah. This was a new build and with a successful team we moved in 179 Residents in 10 months to achiever 100% occupancy. After 3 years at Creekside, I was promoted to the Director of Operations. I’m currently in my 3rd year in this role. As the DOO our company has grown from 8 communities to 16 Assisted Livings with 3 more under construction.
