ABOUT JOE HUGHES
An extensive, and ever broadening, knowledge of end to end supply chain processes in the world of FMCG. Having joined one of the largest foods and drinks manufacturers in the world via the pioneering supply chain apprenticeship scheme, I have been able to work within Order to Cash, Intermarket Logistics and most recently Customer Facing Supply Chain. Being able to work in such a fast-paced environment has enabled me to quickly adapt to new tasks and develop my leadership qualities. I have had the opportunity to lead and be part of projects, present to senior colleagues and external stakeholders, work collaboratively with my own and other teams, including those above the market, drive results to help achieve objectives within the operational master plan while always focusing on delivering the highest level of service for both the customer and end consumer.
