Hi, I\'m Joe! My role lives at the intersection of Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and executive leadership support. I focus on building infrastructure that helps GTM teams operate better: clearer processes, stronger enablement, better data, and tighter execution.Since joining Staffbase in May 2025, I’ve led and scaled initiatives including:• Company-wide certification programs (\"Staffbase Licenses\")• Demo-a-Thon and followup enablement• Weekly Tape Review, a recurring GTM-wide meeting• Strategic Communications Forum and SCP workflows• SLT operating cadence (weekly agendas, offsites, GTM priorities)• CS Workshop (budget, design, logistics, licensing)• Campsite (our internal intranet) GTM knowledge hubs• Performance recognition• LATAM expansion research and SDR interviews• Marvelous Moves (researching, preparing, and hosting a 2 hour ceremony celebrating and learning from our wins in front of the entire Staffbase Americas org)I spend most of my time:– Turning vague ideas into executable programs– Creating dashboards and tracking systems– Connecting stakeholders who don’t usually sit in the same room– Making leadership strategy usable by frontline teamsI’ve built and maintain core GTM infrastructure:• QCQM and pipeline tracking• QBR goal reporting• Salesforce → Sheets analytics• Gong-based performance insights• Campsite program hubsI am grateful that my scope has grown so much, and if I were asked why, I\'d attribute it to consistently doing three things: taking ownership, finishing what I start, and trying to be fun to work with.
