As Configuration Manager, I oversee, manage, and implement CHSCWL configuration management program by monitoring the technical directive program and providing program guidance to the Wing Maintenance Officer, ensuring configuration management is complete and accurate. My accomplishments include: • Improving operational performance, reliability, maintainability, and supportability of equipment and systems by effectively communicating logistics and support recommendations to the Wing Readiness Officer. • Attending professional conferences, including Logistics Program and Planning Review (LPPR) and Fleet Support Team (FST) meetings for maintenance support planning and resource assignment. • Liaising with COMNAVAIRFORCE, NAVAIRSYSCOM, various defense contractors and Sikorsky Aircraft, ensuring fleet concerns addressed and resolved.
