Producing comprehensive marketing lay-downs in line with business goals making sure they are delivered on schedule- Liaising creatively and technically with external agencies including photographers, videogra-phers, graphic designers and print companies to produce marketing collateral- Managing and organising yearly budgets making sure new initiatives come in on time and within budget- Management of CRM platforms to deliver email, digital adverts, and organic and paid social media initiatives- Analysing and segmenting data to deliver personalised messages at the right time with the right message- Website management, analytics reporting and functionality development. Working alongside IT teams to deliver and enhance the user experience- Producing engaging and successful topical social media content to increase brand aware-ness to new clientele and deliver information to our existing clients and partners- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including reporting and identification of trends- Comprehensive knowledge of social media management tools including Hootsuite- Producing and distributing engaging written content through blogs and articles on business-specific topics to drive the company’s voice within the industry- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation and email platforms, including Mailchimp- Collating analytical data and producing comprehensive reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement- Working with key business stakeholders including managing directors, senior account managers and sales teams to create a coherent marketing strategy across the whole business- Building strong relationships and communication with high-profile partners and clients delivering collateral for product launches, social events and charity fundraisers- Supporting internal communication between in-house teams - Managing and supporting interns and assistants, through training and their personal development plans.
