With 21 years of experience as an athletic director, I lead Mater Dei High School\'s athletic program, overseeing the development, coordination, and management of all athletic activities and facilities. I have a strong background in communication and media studies, which enables me to effectively promote and market the school\'s athletic achievements and events, as well as foster positive relationships with the media, the community, and the stakeholders. I also have a passion for education and event planning, as I design and implement programs and policies that enhance the academic performance, physical well-being, and personal growth of the student-athletes, and organize and supervise various athletic events and fundraisers throughout the year. As an athletic director, I aim to support the mission and vision of Mater Dei High School, which is to provide a comprehensive and challenging Catholic education that fosters the development of the whole person, and prepares students to become responsible and compassionate leaders in service to others. I am proud to be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values excellence, integrity, respect, and teamwork, and strives to create a positive and supportive environment for all.
