What I enjoy about the role in Renovation Plan is to cultivate and strengthen relationships with our brokers, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance and support throughout the entire quote process.My responsibilities include:• Delivering targeted training programs to educate the brokers that use us to give them deep product knowledge, guide on what to ask, what to talk about, and give clients the best advice to they get more clients for their brokerage.• Helping brokers to learn more about Renovation Plan by collaborating on and supporting marketing initiatives across partnerships with partners like Grand Designs and more as well as using social media, influencers and LinkedIn to educate, podcasts and more so that clients get the right insurance in place.• Representing Renovation Plan at industry conferences and networking events to raise market awareness of the brand but also the need for insurance when you are doing building works, new builds, house and loft conversions, extensions, and renovations on residential homes and commercial properties.• To ensure the cover is best we are proactively reviewing our documentation to guarantee its accuracy and relevance to developments within the industry and keeping up with the latest trends, regulations, and risks to maintain our market leading solutions.I find great satisfaction in building strong, enduring partnerships with both new and established brokers. They trust that I will consistently provide the support necessary for them and their clients to achieve successful outcomes.
