Joseph (Joe) Hayek serves as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Worthington Enterprises. Most recently, he was the Company\'s executive vice president and chief financial (CFO) and operations (COO) officer. Previously, Hayek served as vice president and CFO of Worthington Industries, where he oversaw the initiative to separate the Company\'s steel processing business and create two standalone, publicly traded companies: Worthington Enterprises and Worthington Steel. Hayek helped to position both companies to capitalize on differentiated growth and value creation strategies. Worthington Enterprises, which was previously known as Worthington Industries, became a standalone company in December 2023. Worthington Enterprises (NYSE: WOR) is a designer and manufacturer of market-leading brands that help enable people to live safer, healthier and more expressive lives.
