As one of CGI\'s more experienced bid managers I am now part of the South Business Unit servicing all Public Sector and Commercial Clients within this Metro Market. I work closely with the proposal centre as part of the team which will be the nucleus of professional bidding in the UK.My role is to mentor and coach my extended bid community, to further develop resources and best practice for use by all UK bids, and I will be responsible for some our most strategic bids across the UK business.

ABOUT JOE HARTNELL
I have been at CGI, formally Logica, for 15-years. I joined from BT where I had over 25-years experience working in the Telecommunications Industry. For the last 25-years I have been in roles within the Bid Management Community. I have worked on several large and complex technology and business change projects in both bidding and delivery. I also have experience in working across several Industry Sectors including; Defence, Criminal Justice and Home Affairs, Central and Local Government, Systems Integrators and Commercial & Brands.
