Lead the community engineering product group of 80 Dev, QA, and Operations engineers spanning Portland, Bangalore, and San Francisco development locations. Reporting directly to the CEO and CTO, my responsibilities include uptime of the platform, development efforts of major products, technical roadmap, budgeting, major customer retention, and working with other departments to drive the overall goals of the business. Together with my team we accomplished: • Developed a cross location management team capable of running 24/7 development and operational objectives to achieve revenue and expansion goals. • Worked pre-acquisition of Lithium by Vista Equity Partners to respond to due diligence activities of the Lithium codebase and major systems. Created and presented major architecture and processes to Vista engineering group to facilitate acquisition. • Worked with Private Equity firm on the acquisition Jive-X. Executed due diligence on major architectural components, security, and support processes. • Worked with FP & A group to establish and manage within a tight budget to contribute to the company achievement of EBITDA positive growth in the business. • Acted as an executive sponsor in charge of escalations, customer communication, and response to major revenue generating customer accounts as well as strategic participation in quarterly business reviews. • Took platform uptime from 99.7% to 99.9% uptime through enhanced oncall process, architectural changes, and customer realignment.
