ABOUT JOE HARB

With over a decade of experience in account and brand management, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multiple industries—from leading territories in the alcohol beverage industry to working in the dark market of nicotine. I’ve managed large portfolios, developed strategic marketing plans, and introduced new products that drove real impact.In my most recent role as a Key Account Manager at Toromont Industries, I helped launch the Jobsite brand in Alberta, building relationships with clients and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Before that my professional career seemed to always have revolved around vices. Whether in soft drink, alcohol, or nicotine, my jobs revolved around building brands, making meaningful connections, and driving results. What sets me apart is my ability to combine strong analytical skills with a creative approach. I leverage data insights to shape marketing strategies that not only meet but exceed targets. My experience with tools like Power BI and Salesforce allows me to make smart, informed decisions that drive growth and maximize performance.With a recently completed MBA, I’m excited to continue evolving as a leader and strategist. I thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration is key. One of the highlights of my MBA was being awarded the Servus Credit Union MBA Leadership Award, an annual scholarship recognizing academic excellence, leadership potential, and a global perspective based on students who demonstrate a commitment to global vision and academic excellence. Outside of work, you can find me on hiking trails, playing tennis, or exploring new recipes in the kitchen as I’m always eager to take on new challenges.
