I am a Senior at Marquette University studying Commercial Real Estate and Finance with a concentration in Commercial Banking, driven by a passion for commercial real estate and capital markets. My experiences range from hands-on investment analysis to client-facing brokerage, giving me a well-rounded foundation in both the analytical and relationship-driven sides of CRE.As a Brokerage Intern with Colliers, I partnered with senior brokers on multi-million-dollar office, industrial, and retail transactions, conducting market research, underwriting assets, preparing pitch materials, and supporting active deal execution. This experience sharpened my ability to analyze opportunities, create value for clients, and understand the fast-paced nature of brokerage.I also serve as a member of Marquette’s Real Estate Asset Program (REAP), where I collaborate with a select team managing a multi-million-dollar real estate investment portfolio.
