ABOUT JOE GREZAFFI

I\'ve lead, supervised & managed per Federal, State and Local Governed Safety, Health, Environmental, Fire Protection Systems & Emergency Response. I\'ve accomplished this within civilian, military, construction and industrial working environments. I take pride in the challenge of connecting with employees to build a trust resulting in a positive working culture. My best attributes are being a great listener first and observer while having compassion and understanding the task and processes at hand. Consulting with the work force as a resource to provide solutions and guiding those to overcome the daily unsafe measures encountered during the paths of planning through task execution. Understanding the importance and weight that when building trust through connection, I\'m building a team to utilize craft specific knowledge, with an understanding and ability to recognize hazards proactively. The end will result in value added by confidence, to apply safe working methods by eliminating or lessening the obstacles, that would normally contribute to unsafe environments, with the potential to harm employees. I enjoy evaluating and being challenged by others thought process, to accomplish the intended vision by overcoming and achieving the desired outcome sought. I\'m a person before profession, by keeping humility and being open minded with others, keeping the heart and eagerness to listen when others speak. I enjoy absorbing the thoughts of others to analyze the safest methods of work. A voice spoken Is a lesson delivered. As HSE & Emergency Professionals, your heart remains stern and true to what we love without losing focus of who we are. For we all see through various shapes, sizes an angles of resolution. Im a highly ambitious person, with the mindset, to achieve the highest goals and eager to succeed as a contributor, by managing as a leader.
