   Positions held include Director of Procurement Administration/Compliance, Program Director for the ASDP, and the Acting Deputy Logistics Officer. Currently support the procurements of the Long Distance Single Level Cars, a $300M program, and the nationwide design/construction for ASDP, a $50M per year program. As Deputy, responsible for the direction and management of a staff tasked with the purchase of capital, construction, and service contracts. As Director responsible for state partnerships, field procurement (east and west), OIG audits, procurement policy and instructional development/training, and management of procurement cost savings program. As Program Director for the ASDP responsibilities include directing and coordinating the activities for contracting oversight and administration for the Program Management (PM) and Program Management Oversight (PMO) contracts and all design and construction contracts for the program.
