Ecological and Wellness Resort incorporating Business Divisions for Farm, Woodlands, Accommodation, F&B, Wellness, Leisure, Equestrian and Vineyard. • Responsible for strategy, development and governance of a 100 acre site with the vision to establish a leading international resort for encouraging and educating Guests on holistic wellness while simultaneously creating a regenerative and sustainable environment for farming and nature.• Project management of the sensitively traditional and boutique redevelopment of site and facilities, liaising with architects, building consultants and contractors.• Strategy preparation for all-encompassing Guest experience, producing plans inclusive of CAPEX, OPEX, forecasts and procedures to activate the vision.• Mentoring the pre-opening team on responsibilities, refining site specific roles and structuring work programmes to ensure safe and efficient progress to achieve target deadline.• Liaising with Local Authority Planning Department, community groups, and wildlife and nature Agencies for the project’s unchallenged, all-embracing and expeditious progress.• Design an assertive Marketing Strategy for route-to-market, befitting the brand’s eclectic core divisions facets and encouraging partnerships with select aligned businesses.
