The three brands of “Connect”, “Visit” and “Choose” Folsom are powerful tools to drive business results and champion the quality of life in Folsom.The expansion of Intel, new additions of PowerSchool, Stem Express, Inductive Automation and Micron are all a testimony to Joe’s focus on building Folsom as the new “tech hub” in this region. His leadership in business retention and expansion has assured Folsom of a strong, thriving economy.Joe’s professional background as a civil engineer provides a unique perspective on new projects. His 20+ years as a Rotarian have given him the chance to provide countless volunteer hours in his dedication to the community. Joe lives in Folsom with his wife Maureen and enjoys visits from his 3 grown children and his new granddaughter.
