I’ve spent more than 20 years serving the City of Milwaukee, and continue to serve as a Fire Captain while building teams that put people first. My leadership is rooted in service, mentorship, and the belief that culture defines performance.As Founder and President of Ignite The Spirit–Milwaukee, I lead a 100% volunteer nonprofit that provides physical, emotional, and financial support to firefighters and their families during their toughest moments. What began as a simple idea to help one family has grown into a movement that supports mental health, recovery, and resilience in the fire service.Beyond the firehouse, I’m pursuing my Master of Public Administration to bridge operations with leadership, policy, and community impact. If there’s a through line in everything I do, it’s this: serve others, lead with integrity, and leave things better than you found them.
