As CEO of T3 Services Group,(formerly Radiant Holdings, LLC), Joe is responsible for leading Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical teams to scale the platform through M&A and strong organic growth, while working to become the nation\'s example of how to transform and maintain vibrant high performing cultures that thrive in all markets. Joe is also an Operating Partner for Monogram Capital Partners where he helps to professionalize, grow, and scale founder and family-owned businesses while preserving their entrepreneurial culture. Previously Joe was President of the Mainstreet Insurance Group at The Baldwin Group (BWIN), where he established the organization\'s strategic and operational direction and drove the implementation of operational best practices for new partnerships. Before Baldwin, Joe was an Operating Partner with Concentric Equity Partners where he was also the CEO for Environment Pest Services, LLC. There he successfully grew the business ten-fold through organic sales and acquisitions. He has also served as the President of Sears Automotive Group, CEO and President of Tire Centers Divisions for Michelin North America, and 16 years as an Executive at ServiceMaster where he was SVP at ARS, DVP at TruGreen, and Managing Director of Terminix Europe.
