Identification of training needs for Operations/ maintenance staff as identified in the Roles and Responsibilities for each Area Technician. To include Emergency Response assessment for all roles and ISSOW Roles •Corrib Focal point for Asset Competence Assurance/Training •To coordinate all training courses to ensure the workforce is competent prior to the introduction of hydrocarbons •Completion of the Authorised Persons Register in association with Lowestoft College assessor, and local custodians •To complete assessment where appropriate of all candidates and ensure there is evidence of learning post all out placed training courses. •To carry out Competence and assessment of all candidates for SVQ qualifications •Safety Inductions for all new starts and visitors •To update and identify gaps in AI-PSM and update the documentation with and auditable trail detailing evidence locations. To monitor the systems in place and ensure they are compliant with the AI-PSM standard in line with OEC Blade 24. •To include up to date Statement of Fitness details and completed handover documentation. •To monitor state of registers and overrides. •To monitor and maintain MOPO and ensure the process operates within agreed boundaries. •To be available for Cover for the Production Coordinator •Be available for the outstanding HAZOP issues •ESMIL documentation completion
