Joe is responsible for the strategic management and development of all members’ practice’ at all levels of seniority within Chambers and oversees. He is also responsible for the overall clerking of Chambers, in particular the practice management of the senior Queen’s Counsel, this includes fee negotiations, work allocation and practice development.Furthermore, Joe is responsible for the general administration of Chambers which includes; Clerks, Finance, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Facilities and secretarial staff. His key responsibilities include; The development and implementation of the chambers’ strategic business plan, the business development and managing client relationships in the UK and worldwide.Members of Essex Court Chambers are known for their global reach, with barristers travelling across the world to represent clients. This committed international approach means that I regularly visit clients overseas including the Caribbean (BVI, Cayman Islands and Nevis), Bermuda, Geneva, Greece, Hong Kong, Middle East, US (New York, Miami and Washington) Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg).He is recognised by clients for his responsiveness and adaptability in matching their expectations and requirements.
