Joe Falit is VP of Strategy & Growth at OCT Consulting LLC a public sector management consulting firm, where he oversees delivery excellence, key account expansion, capture of new business, and long-term planning. Joe\'s background includes over 15 years of experience across performance management, strategic planning, process improvement, acquisition, data analytics, financial analysis, technology management, business case development, competitive analysis, and facilitation and training. Joe has advised a range of Federal agencies, including State, GSA, DoD, USDA, EPA, FCC, and CFPB. He has served as a senior executive in a diverse set of industries including public sector management consulting, software (SaaS), banking (retail and payments), FinTech, and mobility (roadside assistance). Joe\'s leadership experience includes serving as an SVP of Strategy at Citibank. He also worked as a VP of Corporate Strategy and Head of Business Intelligence (BI) for a growth-stage B2B SaaS company. Joe co-founded and served as CEO and Chairman of a software and payments company, where he raised over $2M in equity to support the company\'s growth. Joe also was an Engagement Manager at Censeo Consulting, a boutique strategy consultancy in Washington DC. Early in his career, Joe spent time living and working in southern Africa (Mozambique and Malawi). Joe has a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard\'s Kennedy School of Government, where he specialized in International Trade and Finance. He has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University in Public and International Affairs. He also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Joe resides in Arlington, VA.
