   My role as the warehouse manager I have also taken on a project management role being with my present employer. Since this past May of 2021 I played a key role in our move to our new location of sq, ft. warehouse. Helping in the design, and negotiations with contractors to make this a successful on time delivery of the new warehouse. I have implemented a new picking system, completed new contracts with UPS LTL, and Small package, increased shipping by 35% in my first year, added new racking, applied more efficient procedures for completing of annual inventory. Added additional shipping lanes, purchase of MHE. Reduction in temporary help, Lead projects in reducing shipping overall shipping cost. Other projects,5S, quality control, work with customer service, sales team, engineers. Create locations for new product line of belting. Work with Amazon Central with our product.Other skills, payroll, hiring/firing, creating shipping documents for Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Germany and other export locations, team building, safety. Just completed negotiations taking our singe deep racking system to a double deep racking system due to growth of new clients. Also purchased new double deep reach trucks, and redesign of our shipping area. This was as of November 2022.
