Specialising in IT and Technology, I bring over 8 years of experience in project and delivery management, built through rapid career progression across both the public and private sectors.I’ve led and delivered a wide range of technology initiatives, from network and infrastructure upgrades to cloud migrations, software implementations, ITSM transformations, and large-scale enterprise deployments. My experience spans traditional on-prem environments through to modern cloud and hybrid solutions, working with diverse stakeholders, complex governance models, and fast-paced delivery environments.I’ve also spent 18 months in a commercial sales role, which gave me a strong understanding of commercial drivers, customer decision-making, and value-led solution design. This experience has shaped how I approach delivery — balancing technical excellence with commercial reality, stakeholder expectations, and measurable outcomes.What drives me is translating customer vision into practical, deliverable solutions, navigating complexity, and overcoming challenges to achieve real business value. I’m comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels, bridging the gap between technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
