My legal career has focused on healthcare since 2006. As a partner in private practice, I handled disputes from the provider perspective involving proper reimbursements, relocation agreements, MOB leases, alleged violations of various healthcare fraud and abuse laws such as the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, FDCPA, Fraudulent Hospital Liens, and employee terminations. Since moving in-house in 2015, I have focused my practice on negotiating managed care agreements, supervising arbitration and litigation (including class actions) related to managed care agreements and billing matters, advise on anti-trust matters in acquisitions and divestitures, and advise on nationwide strategy to grow system wide revenue through pricing and reimbursement recovery.
