ABOUT JOE DON CAVENDER
I am a servant leader with over 30 years of pediatric hospital experience at all levels from technician to nurse to nurse practitioner to senior executive. I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to oversee multiple hospital operations - both clinical and non-clinical - in a variety of roles and settings. My primary objective is to collaborate with others so that those I work with and those that report to me are able to achieve success. I enjoy collaboration with physician and hospital executives in the creation of innovative clinical programs that serve the needs of children and the families that love them. I am passionate about the health care of children and have dedicated my career to serving others.
