ABOUT JOE DICKENS
An L&D specialist in the Army, Joe has been involved in developing, delivering and evaluating training for the last 13 years. Highlights have been redesigning and delivering the Leadership Development Course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst as well as working in L&D policy in Army Headquarters. Joe is passionate about personal and professional development and recently completed his part-time MSc in Education and Performance Innovation at University of Southampton. Adaptable to any critical thinking environment, Joe\'s most recent work has seen him conducting Training Needs Analysis overseas, working as Executive Officer with City of Edinburgh UOTC, and is currently commanding 250 trainees and 50 staff at the Army Foundation College.
