As the founder and CEO of A&E Audio Video and Event Services, my vision is to provide a quality and realistic product with the customer’s vision of the utmost importance. Equipment can be purchased by any company, but honesty and a customer first attitude can not. With 20 plus years in the industry, I have learned and experienced what the right and wrong path is to form lasting professional partnerships. My mission is to maintain this correct path for A&E. Previously….as the Director of Event Sales and Operations my goal consists of the overall management and growth of the Event Rentals division at American Sound and Electronics. A few of my daily areas of focus are, event sales, relationship building, quote creation and execution, labor management, P&L management, and most importantly, client satisfaction. Recently as the Regional Accounts/ Project Manager accomplishments include the following. Company sales and relationship growth. Customer service management. Order creation and execution. P&L monitoring and improvement. Lead project manager for all events within the region. Company procedure and policy creation/enforcement. Labor management of internal and external staff. Positive staff mentoring and coaching. Formerly as an Operations Manager, responsibilities to include daily preparation of all jobs executed through the organization. This includes labor management of approximately 45 plus employees, equipment prep and on/offsite staff management. Employee performance reviews, and disciplinary actions if warranted. Company procedure enforcement. Future employee prospecting/interviewing. Prospecting and hiring of numerous outside venders/freelance staff. P&L enforcement. Supervision of various corporate office maintenance/repair needs. Pre-operations, as a Regional Account Manager goals are, but not limited to, sales revenue growth, building client/staff relationships of numerous Cincinnati region accounts. Liaison of sales and quality control to region based property/project managers.
