Work hard, make plays” was my baseball coach’s favorite saying. As a college athlete, the hard work, discipline, and focus I learned in my training became the cornerstone of my career. My other motto, “Work hard, nothing is given and everything is earned” drives me to work diligently to improve our operations and inspire a collaborative culture where teamwork and hard work are rewarded. My greatest passion is solving problems, especially when others don’t think a solution is possible. As the operations executive who develops strategic solutions to problems, it’s what motivates me daily.As Vice President - Manufacturing for Betts Company’s manufacturing operations, I oversee all of manufacturing for Betts Company. I have been fortunate to have held many positions in our company and have a deep knowledge of how to do almost every job in spring manufacturing. Having had to work my way up through the company has gifted me with the perspective and ability to promote a collaborative work environment that grows our business, identify areas of continuous improvement, and deliver stellar results for our customers.My Bachelor’s Degree is in Business Administration and Management, Master’s Degree in Business Administration and I am a board member of the Spring Manufacturing Institute (SMI) and Chair of the Safety and Regulatory Committee. I am an Advisory Board Member for the Central Valley Maintenance Apprenticeship Committee, the Technology Maintenance & Automated Technology Program, and Chair for Fresno State LCOE Valley Industry Partnership (VIP) Internship program.
