As Director of Human Resources, I direct the day to day Human Resources and Environmental, Health and Safety strategies for the $500M North American Operations of Verescence including employee relations, engagement, retention, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, organizational development and environmental, health, and safety. Some of my key accomplishments are listed below: • Designed, developed, and launched a production unit model including business process and operational process improvements that boosted production, increased employee engagement, and led to an improvement in overall quality by 50%, decreased cost 35%, improved OTIF 95%, as well as turnover 50% and safety 42% YoY. • Eliminated $2M in unnecessary fixed costs through implementation of a cost reduction strategy while aligning the leadership team with company goals and objectives. Currently on plan to exceed EBITDA targets for the year. • Executed strategic analysis of employee benefits to develop and implement health and wellness strategies for associates which reduced costs by $1.2M annually. • Led organization to achieve ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Ecovadis Gold certification in corporate social responsibility.
