ABOUT JOE DALE

I am an experienced town planner and civil servant with a record of delivering planning policy, legislative change, effective guidance for practitioners and developing staff in new teams. From late 2023 I moved into a role focussed on reform of the building control profession, seeking to help the profession continue to build capacity and competence in the new regime while also undertaking a masters-level apprenticeship in Systems Thinking in Practice.
