Responsible for programming and debugging the production of all New Product Introductions (NPI’s) on My data platform. Oversee all process documentation; create procedures and visual aid,s as they relate to all printed circuit assemblies. Develop standards for stencil apertures for solder paste and adhesive and also stepped stencils. Acquire stencils, fixtures, tooling, equipment and supplies needed for assembly equipment, which may include the negotiation of service contracts and research to develop quotes to recommend and justify new equipment. Provide continuous improvement through efficiency improvements, tooling, internal and external defect analysis. Implement corrective action as required.Responsible for creating re-flow profiles from customer “profile\" boards or by “best guess\" and then analysis them for SMT,Wave solderSelective solder and rework processes.Responsible for first build analysis to quality on all new assembly part numbers that are processed. Troubleshoot assembly processes and equipment as necessary and escalate to appropriate internal or external resources. Preventive maintenance and repair of all assembly equipment.Provide training to Operators to ensure proper utilisation of equipment. Follow policies and procedures to include, but not limited to ESD and Safety.Supported sister sites in Boston California and China for product transfer and line installation.Experience on SMT programming and maintenance for, DEK Screenprinters, Mydata, Sanyo, Philips, Panasonic and Hitachi also Yestek AOI.
