I’ve always led with connection.Throughout my career, from engineering labs to leadership roles at high-growth energy startups and Fortune 100 suppliers, I’ve thrived by uniting people around a shared goal. Whether it’s cross-functional teams solving complex mechanical challenges or engineering squads tackling new battery architectures, I believe every breakthrough starts with understanding the people behind the problem.I’ve led the end-to-end design of high-voltage battery systems for EVs, industrial vehicles, and off-grid energy platforms. From clean-sheet CAD to DFMEA rigor, supplier sourcing to compliance validation, I’ve built systems and teams that scale. I’ve stood up engineering functions from scratch, introduced company-wide DFMEA strategies, and negotiated BOM cost savings upwards of 70 percent. My leadership style is hands-on, collaborative, and tailored, because no two engineers work the same way, and no innovation survives without flexibility.Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying grounded. Whether it\'s hitting a mountain trail, running a few miles, or riding my motorcycle along the coast, I value time with my family and make room for travel as often as possible. I recently spent several weeks in Asia and am currently learning Mandarin. I believe curiosity, both technical and cultural, is one of the greatest drivers of growth.
