As a seasoned leader at Premier, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected functions that drive success across manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and supply chain management. My current role includes full responsibility for our international operations in Mexico—overseeing Sourcing, Operations, Customer Service, and Quality.I lead quality initiatives that span audits, continuous improvements to our Quality Management System, and the development of related platforms across the organization. My team collaborates with subject matter experts to document critical processes and contribute to our training and development programs.Working closely with Finance teams in both the U.S. and Mexico, I help align best practices and ensure consistency across operations.    Through my years of service at Premier, I have achieved a broad understanding of interdepartmental relationships between manufacturing, distribution, sourcing and supply chain management. In this role, I have complete oversight of our international business in Mexico, which includes Operations, Distribution, Sourcing and Customer Service. In addition I also have responsibility for our Corporate Quality which includes Process Audits, our Quality Management System, and Quality System. Collectively my team works with multiple subject matter experts to write processes and contribute to our training platforms throughout our organization. I am an active mentor, trainer and collaborator to our costing system. I leverage my knowledge and experience to adapt it to new manufacturing opportunities as well as bridge them with our newer manufacturing technologies. Our goals are to raise the level of professionalism we offer to our customers by creating the content necessary to provide quality training for our employees, all while maintaining the delicate balance of growth and expansion.
