As a Channel Account Manager at DomainTools, I leverage my expertise in sales and customer service to manage and grow the relationships with our Channel partners in North America. I have years of experience in this role, working with various types of partners, such as MSSPs, VARs, and consultants, to deliver value-added solutions and services based on DomainTools\' DNS intelligence platform. My mission is to enable our partners to achieve their business goals and increase their customer satisfaction and loyalty. I do this by providing them with training, support, marketing, as well as by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and leads. I also collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product, and engineering, to ensure our partners\' feedback and needs are addressed and met. I am passionate about building long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships that drive revenue and growth for both DomainTools and our channel ecosystem. On a personal level, I collect allocated bourbons, and love spending my free time watching my kids play baseball, tennis, and practice jiu-jitsu.
