With extensive proficiency in Financial Wellness, Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Group Universal Life, Short and Long Term Disability, FMLA Administration and Voluntary Benefits, Joe is a trusted specialist who partners with producers to create strategies that help drive results. His relationship management expertise enables him to educate brokers and consultants on the nuances of group insurance and keep them abreast of the latest products and services. Prior to his Director role, Joe held sales roles with Prudential in Pittsburgh and Florida where his responsibilities included designing and pricing group plans, building successful producer relationships, and selecting the most appropriate combination of provisions that meet clients’ and their employees’ specific plan needs. Joe also maximizes Group Insurance cost-effectiveness through sophisticated insurance vehicles, such as Multinational Pooling, Captive Reinsurance, and Retiree Life Insurance Funding. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA and currently holds insurance licenses in over 30 states.
