As a former financial professional, I made the transition into recruiting for two reasons:1) I Make a Difference.Other than getting married or buying a house, few things in life have a bigger impact on an individual and their family than landing a great job.I make a difference when I help someone move forward with their career, or just listen and pay it forward by handing them off to someone else that can help them succeed. These are people.
