There is nothing more satisfying than a true entrepreneurial leap and turning a passion and skill into a thriving global business! While highly Technical Sales and Management of National and Global teams operating Fortune Global Enterprises have been my focus for the past 23+ years, I\'ve decided to follow a dream which has grown wings over these past 8 years with ROCC. I thrive on overcoming a worthy challenge and R.O.C.C. is nothing short of fulfilling this deeply rooted internal drive to succeed. Since I can remember, I\'ve had a passion for building things and improving processes while being creative and stepping out of the \"box\". Whether developing fortune 100 global sales teams to developing internal software and hardware integration for commercial buildings, sub-divisions, Designer Homes with state of the art technology, top to bottom online global businesses, or custom automobiles from the ground up, I continue to love it all. Throughout my life I\'ve learned to embrace this burning \"desire to learn\", and then apply acquired knowledge to do great things. When you own your own business, you are truly the acting CEO, CFO, CXO, CTO, President, Secretary, front line designer, operator, to official garbage changer and bathroom scrubber. Here at R.O.C.C, this truly is the case as we\'ve boot-strapped everything from day 1! We love all materials and methods, but have a special passion for metal-work, custom fabrication and manufacturing. Metal is such a beautiful and versatile medium and it\'s where we\'ve decided to focus primarily. Along with some very technical and advanced machinery utilizing modern technology, we\'ve re-coded some of this advanced machinery, and make it work magic creating pieces we sell globally in categories such as home decor, lighting, and special support structures to name a few. I\'m passionate about refining our manufacturing processes giving the best value to our customers and partners across the globe.
