ABOUT JOE CARR

I’m passionate about vessel operations and ensuring the safety of the environment and crew on board ships and yachts.With a background working on board large commercial ships, and extensive experience working ashore in ISM vessel management, I guide crews through the safe and compliant running of their yachts in accordance with all the regulations and laws that apply on the high seas. I specialise in all types of yacht compliance including small vessel MCA Coding, Mini-ISM, Large yachts and Passenger yachts, and maintain a working relationship with all major yacht Flag Administrations. I act as the vessel\'s Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer, maintaining an impartial monitor and link with the crew for all their safety related concerns.
