I have partnered with Care Home by RNs leadership team to provide general counsel and legal services over this 5 year span. This has included a wide range of tasks, duties and legal assignments some of which are featured below: • Legislation/law/code review to ensure compliance with complex Federal, State and local law. • Labor law, staffing and employment compliance liaison.• Planned, organized and managed projects impacting the organization including the licensure of the Congregate Living Health Facility – Quiescence.• Work directly with senior leadership on business planning and strategic planning initiatives which impact the organization and the local community. • Deliver compliance and legal focused presentations to all staff throughout the organization. • Utilize Project Management Professional skillset to plan, coordinate and deliver milestones pertaining to organization wide projects. • Provide sound legal advice as well as practical project management planning skills to assist in the delivery of health care services to the underserved population – primarily seniors.
