Joe has over 25 years of sales, marketing, business development and customer service experience in the solid waste and recycling industry. His strong interpersonal skills, industry expertise and ability to motivate and lead our sales team, have helped drive the extraordinary organic growth of Action and IWS over the past two decades.Joe joined DiBella Sanitation in Park Ridge, NJ as a sales representative in 1996 as a recent college graduate. In Joe continued his career in sales and marketing when he joined Mike DiBella with the formation of Interstate Waste Services, Inc. Then again in 2007, Joe joined the team with the purchase of Action Environmental Group and became our Director of Sales. Today, Joe is the EVP of Sales & Marketing at IWS and manages our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services departments.Joe lead the Starbucks Cup Pilot Program and is a member of Global Green USA, BOMA and the October Women Foundation.Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University which he attended on a full scholarship for wrestling. Joe is a Division 1, 2x All-American. During his tenure at Seton Hall, Joe was ranked number 1 in the country for much of his senior year. In 2013 Joe was inducted into the Seton Hall Athletic Hall of Fame.
