Maintain and manage claim diary system. Aggressively manage the claims process to ensure early intervention and adherence to our internal policies and expectations. Follow up with injured workers, supervisors etc. when necessary.• Serve as liaison and resource for management, injured Landus personnel, and the insurer or medical provider to assist personnel through the process to enhance the employee’s experience. • Responsible for oversight and implementation of Landus’s Worker’s Compensation/Return to Work Program
