As GLY\'s CFO, I lead strategic initiatives, manage technology and data systems, and oversee financial operations to ensure the firm\'s growth and stability while directing teams of accounting, legal, and IT leaders. Additionally, I evolve organizational efficiency by driving strategic planning, financial governance, and legal compliance.My role also involves overseeing technology launches and data initiatives, managing audits and risk, optimizing IT budgets, and advancing analytics capabilities. One of my favorite parts of the role is mentoring the firm\'s Controller, Director of IT, Cost Accountant, and General Council. I also meet with shareholders and represent the company at community events.Led an ERP system conversion from Sage 300 Construction to CMiC to financials, projects, resources, and content assets while optimizing productivity, minimizing risk, and driving growth.Implemented a Captive Insurance plan, a self-insurance plan, to control costs, improve safety and loss control, and streamline claims administration while advancing profitability via strategic plan structuring.I served two years as Director of Finance before moving into the CFO/Partner role.
