Motivational Leader with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the Healthcare Data (RWE, HEOR, Commercial, Brand Planning) and Patient Support Services (Access, Hub Support, Copay Support) industry, I am passionate about driving my teams to exceeding results by delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our clients. As the Vice President of Sales at Symphony Health, I lead a team of Account Executives and Sales Managers who are responsible for generating revenue, maintaining relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our portfolio of products and consultative services. I also collaborate with the finance, marketing, and executive teams to provide feedback, insights, forecasting and recommendations on how to improve our offerings and increase our market share. In my previous role as the Vice President of Sales at McKesson, I oversaw the sales operations and performance of a large and diverse region, managing a budget of over $100 million and achieving consistent year-over-year growth. I have strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving, as well as a deep knowledge of the healthcare data landscape and the needs and challenges of our customers.
