Started as a Marketing Representative and earned officer promotions to Assistant Vice President of Product Development in December of 2023 and Vice President of Insurance Operations in December of 2024. In my current role, I oversee the underwriting department and play a key role in shaping strategy, operations and growth. I manage a $16M territory of 50+ independent agency partners, building strong relationships that drive profitable business and long-term success.My responsibilities extend across the organization from acting as the business lead for systems and process improvement projects, to analyzing business trends and performance across multiple lines of business, to developing and filing rates and forms that ensure both profitability and competitiveness. I also work closely with our reinsurance partners to ensure our reinsurance programs support financial stability and future growth. Accomplishments: Expanded marketing territory from $7.6M in written premium at year end 2021 to a projected $16.2M in written premium at year end 2025. Formalized tracking of line of business performance by building multiple spreadsheets to better address growth and profitability. Revamp of agent guides for multiple lines of business into a more interactive, easier to navigate product that incorporates underwriting guidelines, binding authority and product highlights. Development of Personal Umbrella and Contractors programs that will be launched in 2026.
