Joe has over 18 years of entrepreneurial, real estate and sports facility management experience. He co-founded and managed a quick service chain of restaurant in Charlotte, NC and over 6 years grew and franchised the operation before selling the business. Following the sale, Joe served as an Asset Manager for Samet Corporation managing the company’s vast commercial holdings. Prior to founding 4Topps, Joe held multiple executive positions with the ownership group of the Winston-Salem Dash Minor League Baseball team. During this 5 year tenure, his responsibilities included land assembly (real estate acquisition), preliminary marketing, government approval, design and construction oversight of BB & T Ballpark, the $48 million baseball park and facility in Winston-Salem, NC completed in 2010. Joe was born and raised in Long Island, New York.
