My Search Methodology: Fact Finding and Briefing – A discovery call or face to face meeting will be organised to understand you, your requirements and brief.Plan and Research – I will conduct a thorough search based on your criteria and target profiles.Qualify: I speak to all around 100 – 150 candidates via phone / VC prior, to qualify motivations to move, experience and caliber.Shortlist and introduce: I present you with a shortlist of the candidates who best fit your initial brief.Secure the desired candidates: I will manage the complete interview process, providing feedback to both parties and address concerns as they arise.Manage the process: I manage the negotiation, offer, resignation, counteroffer and start dates.Onboarding: I keep in contact with both parties after successful placement to ensure seamless onboarding. For every successful placement made, 10 trees are planted via One Tree Planted Charity. Outside of work you can find me stomping through the rough and trees of local golf courses trying to find yet another wayward tee shot I\'ve stuck 20yards off line.
