I represent clients in commercial litigation with a focus on shareholder disputes and employee benefits matters.I have broad experience in securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance matters, partnership and LLC disputes, ERISA litigation, and trademark infringement and unfair competition. My clients include public companies, start-ups and emerging companies, officers and directors, shareholders and owners of companies, and individuals. I serve as Chair of the firm’s securities and shareholder litigation group.I conduct investigations regarding financial restatements, accounting issues, and instances of alleged wrongdoing raised by whistleblowers. I frequently represent clients facing investigations or requests from regulatory agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Department of Labor (DOL), and state agencies. I also advise clients on compliance issues and works to resolve issues before they turn into major problems.
